Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper thinly sliced (any color)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 8 small flour tortillas taco size
  • 1 lb frozen french fries
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven and bake the frozen fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
  • Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Fill each with steak mixture and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  • Toss the baked fries with buffalo sauce and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  • Serve tacos hot with buffalo fries on the side. Enjoy!

Notes

Swap ribeye with flank steak or use chicken for a lighter option.
