Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies
Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of yellow cake mix. Four ingredients and one bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling, optional
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Stir the cake mix, peanut butter, eggs and oil together until a thick dough forms.
- Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in sugar if you like.
- Place 2 inches apart and press a crisscross on each with a fork.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers still look soft.
- Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then move to a rack.
