Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets chopped and lightly steamed
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken, broccoli, and rice. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers over the top before baking.
