Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stir in the cooked chicken, broccoli, and rice. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers over the top before baking.
