Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the lemon butter sauce evenly over the shrimp.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan or over angel hair pasta.
