Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
Try adding cooked crumbled bacon or shredded mozzarella on top before baking for extra flavor.
