Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 6 oz each
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing or drizzling
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

Try adding cooked crumbled bacon or shredded mozzarella on top before baking for extra flavor.
