Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing with sour cream (if using) until well blended.
  • Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over each breast. Pour the Caesar dressing mixture evenly over the chicken. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with sides like rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Notes

For added flavor, mix a teaspoon of garlic powder or Italian seasoning into the Caesar dressing mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
