Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup glazed walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 stalks celery cut into pieces

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until crispy, then let cool and crumble into pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, walnuts, cranberries, green onions, heavy cream, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the crumbled bacon.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Wash, dry, and cut celery into desired lengths.
  • Fill each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  • Serve chilled or slightly cool.

Notes

Chilling the filling improves flavor and makes it easier to pipe or spread. For extra crunch, reserve a little bacon or walnuts to sprinkle on top before serving.
