10.5 oz
1
packet
dry ranch dressing mix
1 oz
1/2
cup
low-sodium chicken broth
1/2

Instructions
Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker, allowing slight overlap if needed.
In a bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, dry ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, and chunky salsa until mostly smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops.
Do not add extra water; the pork will release juices as it cooks.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach at least 145°F internally.
Carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and transfer them to a serving platter.
Stir the sauce until smooth and taste for seasoning.
Add salt only if needed.
If the sauce is too thin, simmer it uncovered on high for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
Spoon the sauce generously over the pork chops before serving.
Notes
Low cooking gives the most tender texture. Use mild or medium salsa depending on how much heat you prefer.
