Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen raw peach slices use straight from the freezer; do not thaw
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Set an ungreased 2-quart glass casserole dish on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Spread the frozen peach slices directly from the bag into the casserole dish in a roughly even layer. Do not thaw them.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and stir until a thick, moist, clumpy mixture forms.
  • Scatter the crumble mixture evenly over the frozen peaches. A few exposed peach pieces are fine.
  • Bake for 40–50 minutes, until the topping is deeply golden, the edges are crisp, and the peach juices are bubbling.
  • Let the dessert rest for at least 15 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or Greek yogurt. Place the dish on a rimmed baking sheet to catch bubbling peach juices.
