Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage mild or hot
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles 10 oz, undrained

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small crumbles.
  • Drain excess grease from the sausage.
  • Lightly grease the slow cooker insert.
  • Add sausage, Velveeta, cream cheese, and diced tomatoes with chiles to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours.
  • Stir occasionally until fully melted and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve warm directly from the slow cooker, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Keep the dip on WARM for serving and stir occasionally to maintain a smooth texture. Great with tortilla chips, bread, or veggies.
