Instructions
Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small crumbles.
Drain excess grease from the sausage.
Lightly grease the slow cooker insert.
Add sausage, Velveeta, cream cheese, and diced tomatoes with chiles to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours.
Stir occasionally until fully melted and smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve warm directly from the slow cooker, stirring occasionally.
Notes
Keep the dip on WARM for serving and stir occasionally to maintain a smooth texture. Great with tortilla chips, bread, or veggies.
