4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Imitation Crab Dip

A warm, creamy slow cooker seafood-style dip made with imitation crab, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and a simple seasoning blend. It is easy to prepare, rich and savory, and ideal for parties, holidays, or game day snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz imitation crab chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or seafood seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the inside of a small slow cooker.
  • Add the chopped imitation crab, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and Old Bay seasoning to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2–2 hours, stirring once or twice, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot and creamy.
  • Stir well before serving.
  • Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or vegetables.

Notes

For a thinner dip, stir in a splash of milk before serving. Add sliced green onions on top for freshness.
