Instructions
Lightly grease the inside of a small slow cooker.
Add the chopped imitation crab, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and Old Bay seasoning to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2–2 hours, stirring once or twice, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot and creamy.
Stir well before serving.
Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or vegetables.
Notes
For a thinner dip, stir in a splash of milk before serving. Add sliced green onions on top for freshness.
