  • 2-2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts frozen
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into chunks

  • Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Scatter the cream cheese chunks evenly over the top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks, either directly in the slow cooker or on a cutting board.
  • Stir everything together until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a small amount of chicken broth or milk and stir to adjust consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve warm.

Notes

Serve over rice, pasta, or biscuits for a complete meal. Add steamed broccoli or peas for extra texture and color.
