Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, stir together the honey mustard, olive oil, and garlic powder.
Brush the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
Place the pork in the prepared baking dish or on the baking sheet.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145°F in the center.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
Add black pepper or rosemary for extra flavor. Serve with roasted potatoes, green beans, or a simple salad.
