Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the honey mustard, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
  • Place the pork in the prepared baking dish or on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145°F in the center.
  • Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

Add black pepper or rosemary for extra flavor. Serve with roasted potatoes, green beans, or a simple salad.
