Instructions
Chill mixing bowl and beaters in freezer for 10–15 minutes.
Blend strawberries and sugar until smooth.
Optional: strain purée for a smoother texture.
Whip cream to soft peaks in chilled bowl.
Mix a spoonful of cream into purée, then fold in remaining cream gently.
Spoon into serving cups and chill for 1–2 hours.
Notes
