Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold

Instructions
 

  • Chill mixing bowl and beaters in freezer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Blend strawberries and sugar until smooth.
  • Optional: strain purée for a smoother texture.
  • Whip cream to soft peaks in chilled bowl.
  • Mix a spoonful of cream into purée, then fold in remaining cream gently.
  • Spoon into serving cups and chill for 1–2 hours.

Notes

Add lemon juice for brightness or garnish with extra strawberries before serving.
