Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz raspberry flavored gelatin 1 box
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping fully thawed
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries divided

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a 9x13-inch glass dish and clear space in the refrigerator for chilling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk raspberry gelatin with boiling water until completely dissolved.
  • Let gelatin mixture cool for 10–15 minutes until just warm but not hot.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping in batches until fully combined and evenly pink.
  • Fold in most of the raspberries, reserving a small handful for topping.
  • Spread mixture into prepared dish and scatter reserved raspberries over the top.
  • Refrigerate uncovered for 30 minutes, then loosely cover and chill at least 2 more hours before serving.

Notes

For extra texture, add mini marshmallows or crushed pretzels. Best served well chilled.
