Homemade Rocky Road Candy
Milk chocolate, fluffy marshmallows and crunchy peanuts set in a pan and cut into squares. Old-fashioned rocky road in 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup salted peanuts
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
- Let cool 5 minutes so the marshmallows don't melt.
- Stir in the marshmallows and peanuts.
- Press into the pan.
- Chill 1 hour and cut into squares.
