Cashew Turtles
Buttery cashews, soft caramel and a chocolate top. A cashew twist on classic turtles, made with three ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted salted cashews
- 1 bag (11 oz) soft caramels unwrapped
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment and arrange the cashews in 24 small piles.
- Melt the caramels with the cream until smooth.
- Spoon caramel over each pile. Let set 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and spoon over the caramel.
- Chill 30 minutes until firm.
